Mayors Visit

	A warm welcome to our Mayor and Mayoress, Mr and Mrs Peel
The Mayor enjoyed serving our school council children with a drink and a chocolate biscuit.
	The Mayor and Mayoress presented the school council with our Healthy Schools' Award.
The children in year 5 enjoyed asking the Mayor questions. They wanted to know if their driver took them to the supermarket?
	The children in year 4 were curious to know what the Mayor does for a job?.
The children in year 3 asked how long Mr Peel had been Mayor.
	All the children were fascinated with the chains worn by the Mayor and Mayoress.
The school council say a fond farewell after showing the Mayor and Mayoress around our school. We hope that they enjoyed their visit.
